On top of that, we archive all posters and oral presentations for an entire year after the 14th ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL. You can take your time to view presentations in a relaxed atmosphere and without any time pressure. Thus, you will not miss any oral or poster presentations. This is a clear added value of the 14th ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL compared to previous ICRS and other large international conferences with typically many sessions running at the same time.

Whether you wish to present or not-present, you don't have to register. A confirmation of your registration for the 14th ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL has been sent to you.
For presenting participants (oral/poster):
Please use the presenting participant category you are eligible for.
Please use the same email address for your registration as you used for the abstract submission.
For non-presenting participants:
Please use the non-presenting participant category you are eligible for.
For ICRS members:
Members of the International Coral Reef Society (ICRS) have to be paid-up members on time of registration. Changes after registration from non-member to member are not possible. Proof of membership must be uploaded during registration process.
Registering as a student:
All BSc and MSc students and doctoral (PhD) candidates are eligible to register in the student category. A certificate of enrollment must be uploaded at the time of registration. For doctoral (PhD) candidates who cannot submit a certificate of enrollment at a university, please submit a current confirmation of your doctoral (PhD) candidate status.
Credit card and SEPA (participating countires only) payments are accepted
Recommendation for the payment process: All participants with an EU bank account should pay by SEPA direct debit.

After submission of your registration and process of your payment we will send you your registration confirmation via e-mail. Shortly before the start of the 14th ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL the access link to the virtual platform will be sent to you via e-mail.
There will be discounts on the fees for the 15th ICRS 2022 IN-PERSON to all presenting participants of the 14th ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL. The value of this discount will be communicated during registration for the 15th ICRS 2022 IN-PERSON.
Accepted abstracts can either be presented as oral or poster presentation at the 14th ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL or the 15th ICRS 2022 IN-PERSON. For the 15th ICRS 2022 IN-PERSON, participants will get the opportunity to update their abstract after registration. We will also invite new abstracts to be submitted for the 15th ICRS 2022 IN-PERSON. The plan is to combine abstract submission with registration and that we set the abstract submission deadline as late as possible (i.e. January 2022) in order to include very fresh research in the scientific program of the 15th ICRS 2022 IN-PERSON.
