How do I register when I was registered for ICRS 2020 and carried my registration over to 14th ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL or 15th ICRS 2022 IN-PERSON?
You don't have to register again. All those who have carried over their registration to 2021 or 2022 have reveived a confirmation.

Which payment methodes can I use?
Credit card and SEPA (participating countires only) payments are acccepted.
Recommendation for the payment process: All participants with an EU bank account should pay by SEPA direct debit.

How can I proof my student status?
Your proof of student status can be either your student ID, letter from supervisor, transcript or other.* Proof of student status must include:
-your name
-name of institution
-validation date OR expected graduation date OR proof of enrolment in current term

How can I proof my ICRS membership?
Please submit your membership confirmation to the ICRS.* It must include:
-your name
-your level/membership type (e.g. student 3 years)
-expiration date

*Please upload documents in either English, German or Spanish

How can I profit from ICRS membership rates?
In order to profit from the ICRS membership rates you have to be a member of the International Coral Reef Society. Click here to learn more about the Society and the membership.

I registered for ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL and want to cancel. Can I transfer my registration for ICRS 2021 VIRTUAL to ICRS 2022?
No, a transfer of your registration to ICRS 2022 is not possible. The amount of your current registration can't be creditd to any future registrations.

When can I access the virtual platform?
The access link will be send to you shortly before the event start.

Which time zone will the virtual ICRS follow?
Planned times are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+2:00). Times will be confirmed with the final program.
